Lealtanza wines are high quality straight Tempranillo wines, fruity driven wines well blended with the aroma of French oak and with an easy drinking style, especially created for the new world consumers, but also for those classic palates that appreciate Rioja wines

Lealtanza is the name we chose for our wines because of its meaning in ancient Spanish, that is loyalty. Bodegas Altanza is loyal to Rioja tradition when selecting only Tempranillo variety, which is authoctonous from Rioja., for all its wines. For these wines we select our best Tempranillo grapes, from medium to old vineyards in order to produce the best wines suitable for long ageing in our winery.

This loyalty is also noticeable in our philosophy when maintaining the ancient pressing techniques, as well as the oak vats for ageing. But also in our respect to our distribution and import network, by taking good care of all the people that help us grow more and more each day.
